Patient Portal Information

The Patient Portal is a way for patients to communicate with the doctor's office in way that is secure and HIPAA compliant. 


The portal allows you limited access to your chart.  You can review your medicines, medical problems, immunizations, etc in the chart without having to contact us by phone. 


You can make an appointment for non-emergent problems online.


You can review your upcoming appointments online. 


You can get email reminders regarding appointments online. 


You can request a referral online. 


You can pay your bill online. (on this website)


These are some of the advantages to a patient portal.



You must be an established patient to use these features.  We cannot provide you access to the portal unless you have been seen in the office at least one time.

I lost or cannot find my portal password.  What can I do?


If you go to the portal there is a link to click on if you lost or cannot find your portal password.  It will ask you to enter some information and send you a new password.  If you are unable to reset you portal online then please call the office.
